About This Role

Dubai Heights Academy

Situated in the vibrant Al Barsha South area of Dubai, Dubai Heights Academy is a friendly and inviting workplace. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of our dedicated team.

Established in 2017, our school offers an exceptional and inclusive education to a diverse student body from FS1 through Year 12 (2025-2026), with plans to expand organically to Year 13.

Our cutting-edge campus features distinct buildings for each educational phase, alongside a 380-seat auditorium. Students benefit from three climate-controlled swimming pools, fully equipped science and computer laboratories, specialized rooms for art, design technology, music, and drama, a library, two multipurpose sports halls, a full-size football pitch, various outdoor play areas, and a spacious canteen. Spanning 292,000 square feet, our campus includes three dedicated buildings for each educational phase, and we are excited to announce the recent opening of our new secondary building in August 2025, representing our most ambitious development to date.

Dubai Heights Academy delivers a curriculum tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students, grounded in the National Curriculum for England while adhering to local requirements. Our curriculum is enriched with Arabic language, Islamic Studies, Moral Education, and Social Studies. Additionally, we have partnered with MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) to create and implement a specialized AI (artificial intelligence) project-based program for secondary students and an early language initiative utilizing social robots for primary students, enhancing our comprehensive curriculum.

We are guided by our ethos of ‘Every Child, Every Mind and Everybody matters,' firmly believing that every student deserves the highest quality education, irrespective of their background or abilities.
