The ideal candidate will be adept at crafting well-structured lessons and delivering personalized feedback aligned with essential policies, including Teaching & Learning, feedback, and displays, ensuring that students feel safe, engaged, and challenged to optimize their educational outcomes.

Key responsibilities will encompass:

· Contributing to a school culture grounded in our values of Safety, Respect, and Ambition

· Planning for exceptional teaching and learning in accordance with the school’s Teaching and Learning Policy

· Fostering a positive and creative learning environment that encourages outstanding educational practices

· Collaborating with colleagues in planning to ensure all students have the opportunity to succeed and progress

· Utilizing assessment and feedback effectively to promote individual student improvement and achievement

· Incorporating digital tools and technologies in lessons to enhance learning opportunities and student progress

· Keeping accurate records and assessments of students that inform next steps and can be shared with parents, thereby impacting student achievement

· Implementing a restorative approach when addressing behavioral issues, in line with the school’s Behavior Policy

· Staying informed about current educational practices through the school's CPD schedule, ISP Learning Hub, and personal professional development opportunities

Applicants should demonstrate the following in their application or interview:

• A minimum of 2 years of full-time teaching experience in either the UK or a British Curriculum school.

• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum for England and contemporary assessment practices

• Familiarity with data systems, student tracking, intervention, Target Setting, Assessment, Recording & Reporting

• A commitment to excellence in teaching and learning

• Willingness to establish robust partnerships with parents to support student success

• Ability to collaborate and contribute to whole school initiatives and the school improvement process
