Key Responsibilities:

Conduct lessons effectively by incorporating visual and auditory resources to support comprehension in accordance with IBO standards.

Provide tailored instruction for each student, fostering interactive and engaging learning experiences.

Develop and distribute educational resources, including notes, summaries, and assignments.
•
Assess and track student progress, offering grades and constructive feedback.
•
Maintain a tidy and organized classroom setting.
•
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders, while actively participating in regular meetings.
•
Make a positive impact on the school environment and represent the school within the community.
•
Plan and execute educational activities and events, both inside and outside the classroom.
•
Observe and interpret student behavior and psychology, reporting any concerns regarding neglect or abuse.
•
Enhance professional growth by attending workshops, seminars, and conferences.
•
Participate in school-wide professional development efforts.
•
Be open to constructive criticism and respond positively.
•
Follow school policies and procedures, consistently upholding school regulations.
•
Take necessary precautions to ensure the safety of students at all times.
•
Be prepared to extend work hours beyond the regular school day, as needed to facilitate student learning.
