About This Role

About the Role

You will lead and manage a range of disciplinary, grievance, complaint and fact‑finding investigations. This includes conducting interviews, analysing complex information, preparing comprehensive reports and presenting findings at hearings. You will work independently, using sound judgement and discretion, while maintaining strict confidentiality.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Experience conducting grievance, disciplinary or similar investigations

  • Strong analytical, communication and report‑writing skills

  • Ability to manage sensitive and complex information

  • Excellent organisation and time‑management

  • Ability to influence, mediate and work with tact and empathy

  • Ability to travel independently across Trust sites

Desirable:

  • Experience in an education setting

  • Master’s degree in HR or related field
