Your Role:
- Teaching A-Level and IGCSE Physics, with a history of achieving excellent results.
- Enhancing your subject area by incorporating forward-thinking delivery methods such as Design Thinking.
- Collaborating with our projects team to help design and implement an engaging variety of multidisciplinary project-based modules.
- Actively participating in our 'Spectra SMARTs' Human Intelligences framework to ensure that your subject, projects, and pastoral duties foster the competencies our learners need to be ‘Future-Ready’.
- Leading extracurricular initiatives and playing an essential role in house activities.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience teaching A-Level with a proven record of exceptional results.
- A teaching qualification along with a degree in Physics, or a related area.
- A sincere passion for progressive, student-centered educational practices.
- An enthusiastic attitude towards integrating social enterprise and service learning into education.
- Candidates with experience in project-based learning are strongly encouraged to apply.
