Position Overview

Rugby School Dubai is on the hunt for outstanding Sports Coaches (Netball, Rugby, Cricket) to deliver exceptional coaching within our Prep and Senior Schools.

The ideal applicant will:

• Hold a relevant degree and/or recognized coaching qualifications.
• Bring a minimum of two years' coaching experience, ideally in a school or high-performance environment.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in at least one of netball, rugby, or cricket.
• Be dedicated to supporting the development of students at all skill levels, from participants to competitive athletes.
• Focus their coaching on the needs of students, promoting skill development and enjoyment.
• Be committed to enhancing a diverse and ambitious co-curricular program.
• Be enthusiastic about participating in school activities, including fixtures, tours, House sports, and events.
• Exhibit a passion for professional growth and ongoing learning.
• Possess knowledge of sports in a high-performance environment, preferably with experience in the UK independent sector or a similar setting.

Shortlisted candidates currently residing in the UAE will be invited for an interview and further assessments at the school, which will include teaching a lesson. Candidates from overseas may be requested to submit a video of their teaching.
