Requirements and Experience:

Essential:

  • A bachelor’s degree relevant to the teaching subject or its equivalent
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent certification
  • Strong subject knowledge coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for imparting this subject to our students
  • Experience in teaching GCSE and A Level courses
  • At least 3 years of teaching experience; however, we also welcome applications from newly qualified teachers eager to thrive in this role
  • Proven ability to deliver consistently engaging lessons with a record of outstanding results
  • A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Evidence of a commitment to continuous professional development relevant to this position
  • Innovative ideas that can enhance the department's profile within the school
  • Proficient ICT skills reflecting the integration of technology in modern classrooms
  • A commitment to extracurricular activities
  • A dedication to the well-being and pastoral care of all students under your supervision
  • An innovative, creative, and positive outlook

Desirable:
