Ideal candidates will be expected to:

• Hold a BEd or a Bachelor's degree with PGCE/PGDE or an equivalent qualification
• Be willing to collaborate and share their best practices
• Maintain a growth mindset, demonstrating reflection and a solutions-oriented approach
• Approach teaching with creativity and enthusiasm
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues, students, and parents
• Show a track record of providing exceptional teaching and learning experiences
