London Interviews: In March/April, the Principal and Recruitment Team will conduct face-to-face interviews in London. This presents a fantastic opportunity to meet senior leadership personally and gain insight into our school and community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging, inquiry-based lessons that spark curiosity, encourage critical thinking, and foster a passion for learning.
  • Establish a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that recognizes individual strengths and diverse learning styles.
  • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate the varied needs of all students, including EAL, gifted learners, and those needing additional assistance.
  • Utilize technology and innovative strategies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Effectively assess, document, and communicate student progress, using data to tailor teaching and provide personalized support.
  • Collaborate with peers to develop and refine curriculum plans, resources, and assessments aligned with the IB framework.
  • Participate in the broader school community through co-curricular activities, events, and initiatives that support student development.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with parents and the greater school community to promote student growth and wellbeing.
  • Commit to continuous professional development and self-reflection to improve teaching practices.
  • Embody the GEMS values and the IB Learner Profile in all facets of school life.

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
