We are looking for an outstanding Director of Performing Arts to join our team at GEMS Wellington Academy, Silicon Oasis, with a start date in September 2025.

Ideal candidates will need to:

  • Hold a BEd or Bachelor's degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
  • Demonstrate substantial experience in teaching Performing Arts in a leadership capacity at GCSE and A Level

  • Possess a growth mindset, being reflective and solution-focused
  • Approach teaching with creativity and enthusiasm
