Line Manager: Vice Principal

The Role

The Assistant Principal (Extension) (APX) is a key position within the school, reporting directly to the Executive Principal via the Vice Principal. This role is responsible for overseeing the Heads of Whole-School Faculties, which include Visual Arts, Performing Arts, and Sport & Exercise, as well as staff members leading Libraries & Research, Enrichment (which encompasses ECAs, Trips, Expeditions & Experiential Learning), and Scholars. As the student population increases, this team will expand to include leadership for Examinations, Data Tracking, Higher Education & Careers Counselling, and the Alumni Network in the near future.

The main focus of this role is to lead, advocate for, and enhance all initiatives and programs that enrich students' learning experiences beyond the traditional academic curriculum. Key responsibilities include:
