About This Role
We are seeking a skilled high school English Literature Teacher for a position at our school located in Shanghai, China.
• Create lesson plans and evaluate student performance
• Encourage critical thinking and enhance literary skills
• Prior experience teaching high school literature (experience in international schools is advantageous)
• Proficient in English (native speakers preferred)
Compensation & Benefits (Pre-Tax)
• Monthly Salary: RMB 25,000 – 27,000
• Monthly Housing Allowance: Additional RMB 6,000
• Annual Airfare Reimbursement: Up to RMB 10,000 annual reimbursement limit

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Literature or a related field• Prior experience teaching high school literature (experience in international schools is advantageous)
• Proficient in English (native speakers preferred)
