About This Role

Dubai Heights Academy

Dubai Heights Academy offers a friendly and supportive work environment. Situated in the Al Barsha South region of Dubai, this is a thrilling opportunity to become part of our team.

Established in 2017, the school provides an inclusive, stimulating, and exceptional education to a diverse student body from FS1 to Year 12 (2025-2026), with plans to expand organically to Year 13.

Our campus features cutting-edge facilities, including dedicated buildings for each educational phase and a 380-seat auditorium. It boasts three temperature-controlled swimming pools, fully-equipped science and computer laboratories, specialized spaces for art, design technology, music, and drama, a library, two multipurpose sports halls, a full-size football pitch, various outdoor play areas, and a spacious canteen. The expansive 292,000 sqft campus includes three buildings tailored for each phase, and we are excited to reveal the recent inauguration of our new secondary building in August 2025, which represents our most ambitious initiative to date.

Dubai Heights Academy delivers a curriculum designed to cater to the diverse needs of our students, based on the National Curriculum for England. This curriculum has been adapted to meet local requirements and is further enhanced with Arabic language, Islamic Studies, Moral Education, and Social Studies. Moreover, we have collaborated with MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) to create and implement a customized AI (artificial intelligence) project-based program for secondary students, alongside an early language initiative utilizing social robots for Primary, enriching our comprehensive curriculum.

Our philosophy is encapsulated in our school ethos: ‘Every Child, Every Mind, and Everybody matters.’ We believe every student is entitled to the highest quality education, irrespective of their background or abilities.
