The ideal candidate will possess:
• A Bachelor of Education (BEd) or a relevant degree accompanied by PGCE/PGDE (or an equivalent teaching qualification)
• Demonstrated experience teaching Physics at GCSE and A Level
• A true enthusiasm for curriculum innovation, sustainability, and engaging students
• Strong technological and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to foster positive relationships with students and parents
