Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory; advanced degrees or certifications in educational leadership are advantageous
- At least 5 years of teaching or administrative experience in an elementary/primary educational environment
- Comprehensive understanding of the United States curriculum framework
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a proven track record of effective team management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in utilizing data to inform decisions that enhance student performance
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
