Head of Seniors

Malvern College Chengdu (MCC), a rapidly growing all-through institution in China, is seeking to hire an energetic and experienced Head of Seniors.

The Head of Seniors will be responsible for guiding a team of educators and specialists to create a stimulating and supportive learning environment while delivering a well-structured and comprehensive education for boarding students aged 11-19 years. This role will ensure that the curriculum is innovative, tailored to the needs of students, and taught through high-quality teaching and learning practices that enhance both academic and pastoral growth. Additionally, the Head of Seniors will play a vital role in promoting and executing the mission and values of Malvern College Chengdu and will be a strategic and supportive member of the leadership team, contributing significantly to the ongoing success and development of the school as a premier international institution.
