About This Role

About Saint Too Bloom Academy

Saint Too Bloom Academy is a newly established secondary school in Hong Kong focused on fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and bilingual education. Our institution, crafted by a dedicated team of educators, engineers, and entrepreneurs, aims to equip young individuals with the skills necessary to excel in an ever-evolving world.

Since the launch of our sister school, Bloom KKCA Academy, in 2021, we have been at the forefront of implementing bilingual, interdisciplinary, and project-based learning, forming collaborations across the fields of education, business, and social innovation. In 2024, we expanded our offerings to include a secondary campus, providing Cambridge IGCSE and A-Level programs alongside a school-based Key Stage 3 curriculum. We have since introduced two additional pathways—the HKDSE and a US-accredited project-based pathway—to cater to a diverse range of learners.

We are currently seeking educators who are enthusiastic about language learning and the humanities, as well as committed to empowering students, to help us develop a vibrant and inclusive Chinese language and humanities program for our emerging learners.

Position Overview

We are in search of a passionate, energetic, and skilled Secondary Chinese and Humanities Teacher. The ideal candidate will guide students in exploring Chinese language and literature and the humanities as not only academic subjects but also as means to understand their identities, Chinese culture, and the broader world. The selected individual will teach students from Grade 7 to 12, covering Key Stage 3, IGCSE, and A Level (CIE and Edexcel). Therefore, a proven track record in preparing senior students for external examinations is essential.

Given our mission to nurture compassionate creators and social entrepreneurs, we are looking for teachers who are eager to design new curricula and modify existing ones to incorporate experiential learning, harness technology, and employ innovative teaching methods, such as project-based learning.

This role is suited for educators who excel in diverse classroom settings and collaborative environments. The ability to differentiate instruction, support individual learners, and effectively teach Chinese and Humanities is crucial.
