Position Overview:
In the role of a Chinese teacher at one of our primary schools, you will play a vital part in sharing your language and its associated culture with our young students. Along with providing exceptional language education, you will have the chance to inspire students to become responsible global citizens as they develop an appreciation for diverse cultures and languages across the globe.
General Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or any subject paired with a Postgraduate qualification.
• Proficiency in the Chinese language.
• Certificate/Diploma in Education (PGCE/PGDE).
• Familiarity with the PYP and key principles of the curriculum frameworks is a plus.
• Newly qualified educators or those with teaching experience from a recognized educational institution.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The iPGCE (assessment only) does not meet the Teacher Registration status required by the Hong Kong Education Bureau, which is essential for teaching at an ESF school.
