Pay: (Scale 25-28) 43,143 – 46,326
Primary Purpose: To spearhead the creation, coordination, and execution of our marketing strategy for the trust, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and the unique identities of each college. Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to assess progress, exchange insights, and collaboratively refine marketing initiatives for optimal effectiveness across various channels.
We are in search of an innovative and strategic Marketing & Communications Lead to formulate and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Trust, aimed at enhancing visibility, identity, and community involvement.
This position provides a creative and strategic professional an opportunity to manage a growing marketing function and make a significant impact on educational decisions and outcomes for young people.
About the Role…As the Marketing & Communications Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing the marketing and communications function for all BFMAT colleges.
- Designing, implementing, and assessing both Trust-wide and college-specific marketing strategies.
- Strengthening and evolving the unique identities of each college while ensuring alignment with the Trust’s overarching vision and values.
- Overseeing campaigns, digital content, brand management, and external communications across multiple platforms.
- Utilizing insights, data, and feedback to guide decision-making and enhance overall impact.
- Collaborating with senior leaders, staff teams, students, and external partners to ensure a consistent and high-quality approach to marketing and communications.

Location: Hybrid with travel across all three Trust sites
