About This Role
Beginning in September 2026, we are seeking to hire an exceptional Teacher of English, with a focus on Media. The ideal candidate will join a remarkable department known for its popularity and impressive achievements. In the year 2025, our results included:
- English Language GCSE: 58.4% of students received grades 7-9, with 97.8% earning grades 4-9.
- English Literature GCSE: 56% achieved grades 7-9, and 99.4% received grades 4-9.
- A Level English Literature: 44% attained grades A-A*, and 100% achieved grades A-C.
- A Level English Language: 29% earned grades A-A*, with 86% receiving grades A*-C.
- A Level Media Studies: 27% achieved grades A-A*, and 73% received grades A*-C.
