About This Role
Dulwich College Seoul is looking for a Swim Teacher to become part of our team.
Salary: 2,800,000 KRW per month
Start Date: August 2024
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional swimming instruction for students across all ages and proficiency levels.
- Create and execute engaging lesson plans aimed at fostering skill development and ensuring water safety.
- Evaluate student progress and offer constructive feedback to improve their learning journey.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to coordinate swim events and competitions.
- Maintain a safe and encouraging environment for all participants during swim classes.
Qualifications:
- Valid swimming teaching certification.
- Experience in swimming instruction, ideally within an educational context.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to inspire and motivate students.
- First Aid and CPR certification is advantageous.
