Al Walaa Kindergarten School is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Lower Primary Teacher to become part of their expanding Taaleem Charter School, with an immediate start.

As a prominent education provider in the Middle East, Taaleem is aligned with the UAE Vision and National Agenda 2021, as well as the Emirate of Abu Dhabi's commitment to developing a “First Rate Education System” for all students. The Charter Schools represent a third educational model in Abu Dhabi, resulting from a distinctive collaboration between government and private sectors.

In this new initiative, we were entrusted with the management and operation of 4 schools in 2019, aimed at enhancing the quality of education and significantly impacting the lives of Emirati youth. This number increased to 6 schools in August 2021 and expanded to 9 schools in August 2022.

Al Walaa KG School provides the American Curriculum (NY Standards) and is located on a specially designed campus, featuring 18 classrooms from KG1 to KG2. The school is equipped with modern facilities and offers competitive packages to its international staff.

We are looking for an exceptional, committed, and resilient KG Teacher who shares our long-term vision for this initiative. We seek educators who believe in their ability to positively influence their students, recognize that transformation is a gradual journey, and are eager to contribute their expertise as the school evolves.

Requirements - You will:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in education or a Post Graduate Certificate in Education/Primary/Elementary Education.
- Have recent successful teaching experience in Lower Primary/Elementary School.
- Adopt a flexible and enthusiastic attitude with a proactive mindset.
- Be an innovative and reflective educator eager to learn.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a constructive approach to both individual and collaborative professional development.
- Be fluent in English.
- Be available to start immediately.
