Head of EYFS

We are seeking to appoint a remarkable Head of EYFS to join our team starting in August 2026. The successful candidate will play a key role in upholding the school's Vision and Mission alongside all policies, academic standards, and pastoral support within the Primary school.

As the Head of EYFS, you will have a pivotal role in:

- Upholding and promoting the values and standards of excellence outlined in the GEMS Core Values.
- Ensuring exceptional academic standards in the Early Years section, with a commitment to helping all students reach their maximum potential, as well as supporting the UAE National Agenda targets.
- Developing the school’s aims and objectives.
- Creating policies to achieve these aims and objectives.
- Overseeing staff and resources to achieve these goals.
- Monitoring progress towards the school's aims and objectives.
- Managing budgets and carrying out teaching and other professional responsibilities as reasonably assigned by the Principal.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of the school's educational strategy.
