The ideal candidate will have:

A Bachelor of Education or a relevant degree paired with a PGCE or PGDE (or an equivalent teaching qualification)
•
Proven experience teaching GCSE and A Level English
•
A strong interest in professional growth, leadership, and sustainability
•
A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning
•
Excellent IT and interpersonal abilities, along with the capacity to build meaningful connections with students and parents
