About This Role
Campion is looking for an inspiring individual to become part of the SEN team as the Deputy SENDCo.
This dynamic role entails collaboration with students, staff, and families, as well as opportunities to lead various interventions.
The successful candidate will have a deep commitment to promoting success for all students, especially those with additional needs, and will demonstrate a thorough understanding of special educational needs (SEN) principles. You will play a key role in supporting the SEN program at the school, working alongside staff to implement effective strategies that foster inclusive practices, ensuring that every pupil can excel both academically and socially, while also benefiting from a range of experiences during their education.

- We offer competitive pay in the sector, averaging 5% above national scales, with starting salaries of £32,850 for an ECT.
