Are you a visionary, collaborative leader who thrives on shaping an ambitious, seamless education that unlocks every student's full potential? Harleston Sancroft Academy is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Leader (Curriculum & Quality Assurance) to join our vibrant, growing all-through community where every child’s unique journey is valued and celebrated.

Why Sancroft?

At the heart of our academy lies a deep commitment to the "whole child." Here, we believe that people matter first. Relationships are the foundation of everything we achieve, and we’ve built a school where both students and staff are encouraged not just to participate, but to truly thrive. In this all-through leadership role, your strategic contributions will shape our educational landscape and make a tangible, lasting difference every single day.

The Role

You will play a vital, strategic role across both our Primary and Secondary Phases, championing an innovative curriculum and a robust culture of Quality Assurance. Operationally, you will be based in our secondary phase and will support our leadership team with the day to day running of the secondary phase.

We are a growing school with exciting opportunities ahead, and we want a dedicated leader who can:

  • Drive curriculum continuity to ensure a seamless, high-quality learning journey from early years to the end of KS4.
  • Lead robust QA systems that support teachers, build on existing classroom practice, and promote academic excellence.
  • Partner with staff to ensure our curriculum remains inclusive, ambitious, and celebratory of every individual milestone.

The Ideal Candidate

You are someone who ignites professional curiosity, fosters a culture of high expectations, and leads with empathy and clarity. You see potential in every teacher and student, and you possess the analytical insight and creativity to unlock it. You're looking for more than just a leadership post—you're seeking a community where your talents will be nurtured and your impact will be lasting.

Ready to make your mark? Join us at Sancroft, where the best outcomes for our community start with exceptional leaders like you.

We are extremely proud of our ethos and the very positive relationships which exist at the school. The Harleston Sancroft Academy, part of the St Benet’s Multi Academy Trust, is an inclusive and very successful 3-16 Church of England all through school in South Norfolk where children thrive and achieve very well. Children are supported to flourish and grow with responsibility and resilience, relishing the opportunity to ‘Live Life in All Its Fullness’ (OFSTED, 2025). The primary and secondary phases are located approximately half a mile apart offering a unique All Through educational experience. This year we have celebrated the best results in the school’s history and we are excited for what lies ahead.

Visits to the school are warmly welcomed. Please contact the school office to book an appointment or speak with the Head Teachers PA; Jaine White 01379 852561 jwhite@sancroft.stbenets.org
