About This Role

Kings’ School Nad Al Sheba Secondary is inviting applications for the position of Teacher of Geography to become part of our dedicated team.

As a member of our enthusiastic and energetic staff, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding education to some of Dubai’s most driven students.

You will teach following the Pearson Edexcel IGCSE and International A Level curricula, inspiring your students each day to engage with learning and develop into independent, successful lifelong learners.

We are in search of an individual who meets the following criteria:

Essential


• A relevant Bachelor's Degree

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification

• A deep understanding and passion for the subject that you are eager to share with students

• Experience teaching GCSE and A Level courses

• At least 2 years of teaching experience, although new educators with aspirations of excellence will also be considered

• The ability to deliver consistently inspiring lessons with a proven record of outstanding results

• Strong collaboration skills and effective communication abilities

• Demonstrated engagement in recent professional development pertinent to this role

• Innovative ideas to elevate the department’s profile within the school

• Proficient ICT skills that enhance learning in contemporary classrooms

• A dedication to participating in the extra-curricular program

• A commitment to the well-being and pastoral care of all students entrusted to you

• A creative, innovative, and positive approach to teaching

Desirable


• Experience working overseas or with international student populations
