Job Overview
The primary focus of this position is to instruct A Level Business, along with Key Stage 3 and IGCSE Global Perspectives. The role involves guiding students toward achieving excellent academic results while also engaging in team-based planning and assessment.
Key Responsibilities
•
Instruct A Level Business, equipping students for their external examinations
•
Design and implement high-quality lessons that foster analytical and evaluative skills
•
Facilitate student progress through effective assessment techniques, constructive feedback, and targeted interventions
•
Engage in teaching Global Perspectives, covering KS3 and IGCSE levels
•
Work collaboratively with colleagues from various departments to promote student success
•
Take part in school activities, extracurricular programs, and ongoing professional development
Requirements
•
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
•
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role at an international school
•
Recognized teaching qualification, such as PGCE with QTS or an equivalent credential
•
Familiarity with the Cambridge International Curriculum
•
Native English speaker or possess exceptional proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing
•
Excellent classroom management and communication abilities
•
Dedication to Values-based Education and Enquiry Learning
•
Experience in teaching A Level Business
