About This Role

Dulwich College Seoul is an esteemed, thriving institution that presents an excellent opportunity for educators to work in a modern, well-equipped environment situated in one of Asia’s most vibrant cities. In collaboration with Dulwich College in London and its partner schools in China and Singapore, Dulwich College Seoul maintains the high educational standards and traditions that define the Dulwich legacy.

Currently, the College has reached its licensed capacity of 740 students. We provide a British National Curriculum adapted for international settings from Early Years to Year 9, along with the IGCSE for Years 10 and 11, and the IB Diploma Programme for Years 12 and 13. JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a committed and adaptable Music Administrator to assist in the smooth operation and growth of our music program.

This position is mainly centered around administrative management, communication, and program support, with the possibility to engage in piano accompaniment or music technology where applicable and desired.

The selected individual will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless daily functioning of the music department, aiding both music staff and students, and elevating the overall quality of our music offerings.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must possess:

• Demonstrated experience in administrative coordination within a music or educational context.

• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.

• Proficiency in both English and Korean.

• Capability to effectively manage schedules, events, and documentation.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in supporting music programs, concerts, or performances.

• Knowledge of music-related administrative duties (such as exam entries, instrument inventory, scheduling, event coordination).

• Willingness to provide piano accompaniment or assist with music technology tasks if needed.

Employment Period:

• Until approximately December 31, 2026

Visa Requirement:

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
