Key requirements:

Education – A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
•
Qualified teacher status (Ed.M., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent Teacher credential).
•
A minimum of two years of teaching experience.

Provide proactive and effective pastoral care for students within the department.

Implement strategies to foster positive wellbeing among staff and students in the department.

Assist the Head of English in innovating the curriculum for your subject area.

Collaborate effectively in planning and teamwork.
