We are on the lookout for a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) for the Academic Year 26/27. The DSL will act as the chief safeguarding officer, responsible for managing child protection policies, enhancing student welfare, and ensuring adherence to both local and international safeguarding standards.
Position: Designated Safeguarding Lead (Safeguarding Officer)

Academic Year: 26/27
Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in safeguarding or child protection roles within educational environments.
- In-depth understanding of safeguarding laws, policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Strong communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration with staff, students, parents, and external organizations.
- Capacity to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Expertise in risk assessment and incident management related to child safety.
- Proficient in conducting training sessions for staff on safeguarding awareness.
