About This Role

Secondary Teacher of Physics and Computer Science

Shrewsbury International School Phnom Penh is on the lookout for an exceptional Secondary Teacher of Physics and Computer Science to become part of our expanding team. This is a remarkable opportunity to join the founding staff at our newly constructed Sen Sok campus, where we aim to provide a world-class British education in Cambodia.

We adhere to the National Curriculum for England, offering IGCSE courses, with plans to introduce A Level Physics and Computer Science by 2028. As the school develops, the selected teacher will concentrate on one subject area, while a specialist will be appointed for the other.

You will be instrumental in cultivating a vibrant and progressive department within a nurturing and cooperative international community. We seek educators who are reflective, innovative, and dedicated to maintaining high academic and pastoral standards. A readiness to engage in co-curricular activities and embody the Salopian virtues (resilience, integrity, empathy, creativity, and curiosity) is vital.

Join us during this crucial phase of our growth and assist us in bringing Shrewsbury’s 500-year legacy of educational excellence to Phnom Penh.
