About This Role

Dubai Heights Academy

Dubai Heights Academy offers a friendly and inviting workplace. Situated in the Al Barsha South region of Dubai, we are excited to welcome new team members to our community.

Established in 2017, our school provides an inclusive, engaging, and high-quality education to an international student body ranging from FS1 to Year 12 (2025-2026), with plans for organic growth to Year 13.

Our modern campus features distinct buildings for each educational phase, along with a 380-seat auditorium. We boast three temperature-controlled swimming pools, fully equipped science and computer laboratories, specialized rooms for art, design technology, music, and drama, a library, two multipurpose sports halls, a full-size football pitch, various outdoor play areas, and a spacious canteen. Spanning 292,000 square feet, our campus includes three dedicated buildings for each educational phase, and we are excited to announce the recent opening of our new secondary building in August 2025, representing our most ambitious project to date.

At Dubai Heights Academy, we deliver a curriculum designed to meet the diverse needs of our students, based on the National Curriculum for England. This curriculum is customized to align with local requirements and is enhanced with Arabic language, Islamic Studies, Moral Education, and Social Studies. Additionally, we have partnered with MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) to create and implement a specialized AI (artificial intelligence) project-based program for secondary students, as well as an early language initiative utilizing social robots for primary learners, further enriching our comprehensive curriculum.

Our guiding philosophy is encapsulated in the school ethos: ‘Every Child, Every Mind and Everybody matters.’ We believe that each student deserves the highest quality education, regardless of their background or abilities.
