Teacher of Biology (Secondary)

RGSPP is in search of a dedicated and exceptional Teacher of Biology to provide high-quality instruction across Secondary Key Stages (KS3, IGCSE, and International AS/A Level). As a foundational faculty member in our second year, you will play a key role in establishing biological laboratory protocols, managing specialized equipment, and fostering the academic rigor necessary for students to excel at the highest international levels.

Deliver captivating, inquiry-based Biology lessons aligned with the British curriculum.

•
Take the lead in developing the IGCSE and International AS/A Level Biology programs.

•
Cultivate a "founding mindset" by proactively organizing laboratory resources and creating sustainable departmental systems.

•
Be adaptable in teaching General Science at KS3 and potentially assist with Chemistry or Physics courses as the school grows.

•
Embody RGSPP’s principles of Discovery, Opportunity, Values, and Excellence (DOVE).

Essential Qualifications & Experience

•
A degree in Biology or a closely related scientific discipline.

•
A recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., QTS, or equivalent).

•
Demonstrated experience teaching IGCSE and International AS/A Level Biology with a history of high student success.

•
In-depth understanding of laboratory health and safety standards and resource management.

•
Experience in a "start-up" or rapidly growing school setting is highly preferred.
