Plan and supervise timetables to ensure appropriate allocation of inclusion and support staff according to student needs.

Inform teaching staff of policies, procedures, and specific needs of individual students.

Collaborate closely with Heads of Section and senior leaders concerning the progress of students with SEN.

Ensure that students with SEN have complete access to the curriculum and provide guidance to staff on differentiation, adaptive teaching, and inclusive practices.

Evaluate the quality of differentiation and the effective application of IEPs in classrooms.

Encourage a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and ongoing improvement among both staff and students.

Lead and conduct CPD related to inclusion, SEN strategies, and team teaching.
