Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Art Education or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in elementary visual arts
- Comprehensive knowledge of art techniques, materials, and processes appropriate for young students
- Familiarity with the U.S. curriculum or comparable international standards is preferred
- Capability to craft imaginative lesson plans that weave together art history, theory, and practical skills
- Strong classroom management abilities with a talent for engaging diverse groups of students
- Proficient in English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Experience with digital tools for art instruction is a plus
