About This Role
Singapore International School Thonburi (SISB TR), part of the SISB Schools network, is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Computer Science / Information Technology Teacher to instruct students in Secondary and Sixth Form (Grades 7–12). This position entails delivering the Singapore curriculum for Grades 7–8 and teaching the Cambridge IGCSE and A Level Computer Science/IT for Grades 9–12.
Key Responsibilities
•
Design and implement engaging Computer Science / IT lessons for students in Grades 7–12.
•
Instruct Cambridge IGCSE and A Level courses while adhering to syllabus guidelines.
•
Facilitate student transition from Singapore to Cambridge curricula.
•
Evaluate and communicate student progress through effective assessment methods.
•
Incorporate educational technologies and practical applications to enrich the learning experience.
•
Participate in curriculum development, collaborative teamwork, and extracurricular activities.
•
Foster a supportive, inclusive, and well-organized learning environment.
Requirements
•
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
•
Recognized teaching certification.
•
Experience with Cambridge IGCSE/A Level is advantageous.
•
