Erudito Licėjus is an international educational institution in Lithuania that provides the IB PYP, IB DP, and Cambridge International Education. The school is in the process of obtaining authorization for the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) as it works towards establishing a complete IB continuum.
We are in search of a passionate and skilled English Teacher to become part of our secondary school faculty. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in delivering English Language and Literature instruction within the framework of the IB MYP, Cambridge, and/or IBDP, while also aiding in the advancement and execution of the school’s MYP initiative.
Position specifics:

Title: English Teacher

Department: English and Literature
•
Educational stage: Middle School and/or IBDP
•
Curriculum emphasis: Cambridge, with a growing integration of the IB MYP framework. Potential involvement with IBDP as well.

Employment type: Full-time
Primary responsibilities:
•
Design and implement inquiry-driven English lessons that adhere to IB MYP principles
•
Assist in the development and execution of the MYP
•
Evaluate student progress and offer constructive feedback
•
Engage in interdisciplinary learning and curriculum development
•
Foster students’ academic and social-emotional development
Qualifications and skills:
•
Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Literature, or a related discipline
•
At least 3 years of teaching experience, ideally in an international context
•
Strong familiarity with IB MYP/DP frameworks is highly desirable
•
Proficient command of English and adept classroom management skills
Personal qualities:
•
Dedication to student-centered, inquiry-based education
•
Collaborative and reflective educator
•
Appreciation for cultural diversity and commitment to professional development
