We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Early Years Teacher to join our team in August 2026. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


• Educate and support children in the Early Years, adhering to the principles of the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP).

• Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lessons that enhance cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.

• Encourage curiosity and creativity through play-based and inquiry-led learning methodologies.

• Tailor instruction to accommodate the diverse needs of individual learners and promote comprehensive development.

• Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining precise records and providing feedback to parents.

• Utilize technology and hands-on activities to enrich learning experiences.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a cohesive and supportive learning environment in line with IB principles.

• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, fostering strong partnerships to support each child’s development.

• Uphold school values and cultivate a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• A university degree in Education or Early Childhood Education, along with a recognized teaching qualification.

• Experience teaching Early Years students, ideally within an international or IB school setting.

• Knowledge of the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) and inquiry-based learning methodologies.

• A demonstrated ability to create a nurturing, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (basic proficiency in French is a plus).

• A collaborative approach and adaptability in a multicultural setting.

• A commitment to ongoing professional growth and reflective practice.

• A passion for motivating young learners and facilitating their development through creative and impactful experiences.
