At Green Stone, we are committed to shaping future generations through innovative educational practices. As a rapidly expanding institution, we are on the lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 3 teachers who are eager to help establish our secondary department.

We plan to have one Year 7 class, one Year 8 class, and one Year 9 class, each capped at a maximum of 17 students. Our approach to secondary education is unique and forward-thinking. Required Qualifications:
• Must possess a Masters or BA Hons with QTS/PGCE/equivalent from an International University.
• Native-level proficiency in English is essential.
• Open to both Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) and seasoned professionals.
• Must hold a Spanish work permit or an EU passport.
• We encourage international candidates to apply, with support provided for immigration processes.

Application Procedure:
• Application deadline: Friday, May 31st, 2026.
• The initial interview will be conducted online via Google Meets with the Head of Studies and the School's Director and owner, Marieta Viedma.
• Interested candidates will receive a proposal offer; acceptance will lead to the second interview phase or proceed to the third phase.
• The second phase will involve an interview with a member of the senior leadership team who may have further questions.
• The third phase includes a visit to the school to meet the team, interact with students, and conduct a 45-minute trial lesson with a selected class. Alternatively, candidates may submit an online teaching portfolio that includes a video demonstration.
• Candidates from the UK or USA attending a trial morning may begin their VISA application process in Spain for quicker processing.
• Reference checks will be conducted by reaching out to two educational institutions.
• The final phase consists of paperwork organization and pre-contract arrangements.

Compensation
