Creators, an avant-garde STEM-focused institution for gifted students, is set to launch in September 2025. We are in search of an outstanding Year 5 Primary Teacher to become part of our team. This essential position plays a key role in our commitment to cultivating a culture of innovation, excellence, and entrepreneurial spirit among our staff and students. Primary educators are fundamental to our institution, responsible for teaching all subjects and influencing the early educational journeys of our students.

About the Role:

As a Year 5 Primary Teacher, you will be instrumental in establishing a vibrant and engaging learning atmosphere where students are motivated to explore and excel across all subjects.

We are looking for a passionate and committed educator with a talent for teaching mathematics and sciences. Your role will involve inspiring and guiding our young learners, instilling in them a love for education, and helping them develop a solid foundation in these essential disciplines. Your enthusiasm and inventive teaching methods will be crucial in nurturing the future leaders and innovators of our society. Moreover, you will cultivate a nurturing environment where students feel secure and flourish, ensuring that every child is appreciated and supported.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging lessons across all subject areas, focusing particularly on mathematics and the sciences.
• Establish a stimulating and supportive classroom environment that promotes a passion for learning.
• Design and implement captivating lesson plans that address the varied needs of Year 5 students.
• Encourage a culture of inquiry, creativity, and critical thinking among your students.
• Evaluate and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help them reach their full potential.
• Develop a safe, caring, and nurturing atmosphere where children from diverse backgrounds can thrive.
• Collaborate with colleagues to exchange best practices and contribute to the overall success of the school.
• Engage in professional development initiatives to refine your teaching skills and remain informed about educational best practices.
• Actively participate in the school’s co-curricular programs.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required.
• Ideally possess an EU passport or already have the right to work in Spain.
• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Primary Education or a related discipline.
• Valid Teaching Qualification - PGCE/BEd or equivalent, recognized by the EU.
• Significant experience in international schools, with a proven record of success in teaching primary students within the British Curriculum.
• A genuine passion and talent for teaching mathematics and the sciences.
• Strong expertise in fostering inquiry-based, interdisciplinary, project-based, and research skills, and their application in real-world situations.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in utilizing technology and digital tools to enrich learning and teaching experiences.
• Familiarity with current international standards and best practices in primary education.
