About This Role

Join the distinguished Aldar family for an enriching career opportunity.

Al Ain British Academy, which opened its doors in September 2011, provides outstanding education in the historic "Garden City" of the United Arab Emirates. The school follows the English National Curriculum, tailored to reflect the local context of Al Ain. Our modern facilities feature a spacious astro-turf field, two swimming pools, a well-stocked library, an expansive multi-purpose sports hall, an auditorium, and ample outdoor play areas. This dynamic and engaging environment emphasizes student success, underpinned by our commitment to rigorous data tracking and assessment across all curriculum areas, leading to exceptional levels of student progress and achievement.

Applicants should have a strong grasp of the English National Curriculum and GCSE. Experience working with students for whom English is a second language is advantageous. Candidates must demonstrate a successful track record of implementing effective strategies to raise standards and close learning gaps, ensuring remarkable progress for all students. Strong leadership capabilities and teamwork experience are essential.

Successful applicants will align with our core values and ethos, along with a genuine appreciation for the region's cultural context.
