About the Role
As a key member of our Key Stage 2 team you will deliver a high-quality, engaging curriculum that ensures our pupils move into Year 6 as confident, inspired, and academic successes.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Planning and delivering lessons that meet individual needs while maintaining a thorough, up-to-date knowledge of the National Curriculum.
- Evaluating student performance to ensure every child achieves well relative to their prior attainment.
- Contributing to curriculum team plans and working closely with families and external agencies to support student welfare.
- Acting as a vigilant advocate for student safety and upholding the highest standards of our school’s values.
About You
We are looking for an approachable, agile, and personable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are someone who leads by example and believes that every child deserves a great education, regardless of their starting point.
What you bring to the table:
- You hold QTS and have proven experience teaching at the relevant Key Stage.
- You possess excellent knowledge of National Curriculum requirements and are ICT proficient.
- You are personable and able to build effective, supportive relationships with peers, colleagues across the Trust, and families.
- You model excellence in punctuality and policy implementation, creating a secure environment where students are encouraged to become responsible citizens.
- You demonstrate initiative and are ready to meet the changing needs of a vibrant school setting.
