What will you do?

  • Plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching that supports all pupils to make strong progress, using assessment effectively to inform learning.
  • Create a safe, respectful and engaging classroom environment, maintaining high expectations for behaviour and promoting pupils’ wellbeing.
  • Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND, EAL and higher ability, ensuring equal access to learning.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, parents and external partners to enhance pupil outcomes and contribute to school life.
  • Promote and safeguard the welfare of students, ensuring compliance with school policies and protocols.

What are we looking for?

  • Qualified to bachelor’s degree level in relevant or allied subject
  • QTS qualified
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to delegate
  • Excellent skills in the use and application of technology
  • Clear vision and understanding of how to implement and sustain a high-quality teaching and learning
  • Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all students

Compensation

£30,000 - £46,525 (MPS/UPS Scale)
