German Teacher (Junior School) - August 2026

Bloom World Academy is looking for innovative and skilled professionals to fill the position of German Teacher within our Junior School for the Academic Year 2026/2027.

As an IB educator, you should demonstrate a strong dedication to fostering international mindedness in your classroom and contribute to this mission throughout the school. A solid understanding of, or experience with, a student-centered inquiry-based learning approach is essential. Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal abilities and a proven history of cultivating and sustaining strong professional relationships, along with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

We are in search of seasoned educators who are passionate about empowering every student to achieve their best and create a classroom environment conducive to success for all learners. You should be capable of teaching students with diverse abilities and have a proven history of facilitating exceptional student outcomes.

While experience with the IB program is highly desirable, it is not mandatory, as training will be provided. As a practitioner, you should be knowledgeable in designing rich, engaging, and challenging learning experiences for your students. A strong understanding of assessment and its application in the classroom is also important, with a genuine enthusiasm for encouraging students to reach their potential and beyond.

Required Candidate Profile
- Proficient/advanced-level English language skills
- Bachelor’s degree in German Language or a related field, along with a PGCE in Education with QTS or its equivalent
- Experience in teaching IB or GCSE subjects
- A minimum of three years of experience in a reputable educational institution
- A record of outstanding student achievements
- Professionalism, enthusiasm, commitment, and integrity
- Intercultural awareness, strong communication skills, and eagerness to engage with students and parents
