About the Role:

As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe, engaging, and vibrant learning environment for young children. Your duties will involve planning and executing daily activities that promote academic, social, and emotional development, while ensuring compliance with safeguarding and health and safety protocols. Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work alongside colleagues, parents, and support staff to foster a nurturing school atmosphere. Responsibilities will include monitoring student progress, maintaining accurate records, encouraging positive behavior, and contributing to the wider school community.

This position is a full-time, fixed-term maternity cover role.

We are in search of a fully qualified teacher with demonstrated experience in early years education. You should possess creativity, adaptability, and strong classroom management skills, along with a genuine passion for supporting children's growth. Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset are essential, as is the capability to work independently, adjust to diverse situations, and maintain confidentiality at all times. £30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
