About This Role

Dubai Heights Academy is a welcoming and supportive workplace situated in the Al Barsha South area of Dubai, offering an exciting opportunity to join our team.

Founded in 2017, our institution provides an inclusive, engaging, and high-quality education to a diverse student body from FS1 through Year 12 (2025-2026), with plans for organic growth to Year 13.

Our campus boasts state-of-the-art facilities, featuring dedicated buildings for each educational stage, in addition to a 380-seat auditorium. We offer three climate-controlled swimming pools, fully equipped science and computer laboratories, specialized spaces for art, design technology, music, and drama, a library, two multi-purpose sports halls, a full-size football pitch, multiple outdoor play areas, and a large cafeteria. Covering 292,000 square feet, our campus includes three specialized buildings for various phases, and we are thrilled about the recent opening of our new secondary building in August 2025, marking our most ambitious project yet.

Dubai Heights Academy's curriculum is tailored to meet the varied needs of our students, based on the National Curriculum for England. This curriculum has been adapted for local contexts and includes additional subjects such as Arabic, Islamic Studies, Moral Education, and Social Studies. Furthermore, we have partnered with MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) to develop and implement a customized AI (artificial intelligence) project-based program for secondary students and an early language initiative utilizing social robots for primary grades, enhancing our comprehensive educational offering.

Our core philosophy is reflected in our school ethos: ‘Every Child, Every Mind and Everybody matters.’ We are committed to ensuring that every student receives the highest quality education, regardless of their background or abilities.
