Sharjah English School (SES) is a close-knit, inclusive, non-profit institution situated on a spacious and appealing campus near Dubai. We are a well-established co-educational school providing the National Curriculum to 1,100 students, ranging from Foundation level to A Level. The Role: Primary Head of Inclusion

We are in search of an enthusiastic Primary Head of Inclusion to join our team starting in August 2026.

This role entails a middle leadership position across the entire Primary school, with the primary focus on developing and overseeing an inclusive school culture. The Head of Inclusion will advocate for equitable access to the curriculum, ensuring that learning barriers are identified and effectively addressed using targeted, evidence-based strategies that empower every student to succeed.

Personal Specifications:

ā— A qualified SEND or related qualification, with at least two years of teaching experience

ā— BEd Degree with QTS or BA in a Primary subject plus PGCE

ā— Familiarity with innovative practices and concepts in education

ā— Comprehensive and current knowledge of the English National Curriculum

ā— Strong personal presence and exceptional interpersonal skills

ā— Thorough understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection policies and practices

The ideal candidate will possess:

ā— A B.Ed or BA degree

ā— A proven ability to cultivate a caring and supportive environment

ā— A passionate commitment to the well-being, social, and academic growth of every student

ā— Experience that contributes significantly to the broader school community

Compensation
