We are seeking an experienced Secondary English Language and Literature Teacher with a solid background in teaching IGCSE and A-Level (Cambridge or British Curriculum). The ideal candidate should have a passion for fostering student success and employing innovative teaching strategies.

Key Responsibilities
• Instruct Secondary students in English Language and English Literature (IGCSE / A-Level).
• Design and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students.
• Monitor and support students' academic development, ensuring they achieve high standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to improve learning outcomes.
• Participate in departmental development and curriculum planning efforts.
• Potential for advancement into leadership positions, such as IGCSE / Key Stage 4 Coordinator, if interested.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in English, English Literature, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience teaching IGCSE / A-Level courses.
• Strong knowledge of the Cambridge or British Curriculum frameworks.
• Excellent classroom management and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient with educational technology and online teaching resources.
