St. George’s School is seeking a passionate and nurturing Primary Teaching & Learning Assistant to join our Primary Department, commencing in August 2026.
The School
Opened in September 2013, St. George’s School Munich has swiftly grown into a vibrant community of over 800 students and 100 educators. Our approach combines a rich curriculum with a family-oriented atmosphere, making it a welcoming and stimulating environment for both work and learning.
In September 2017, the school entered an exciting new phase by relocating to a state-of-the-art campus in the city. These facilities offer top-notch educational resources for all age groups and subjects.
The National Curriculum is implemented throughout the school, with IGCSE qualifications available to our Upper School pupils. Sixth Form students prepare for the International Baccalaureate Diploma.

The school's new campus is situated in Schwabing-Freimann, just north of the city center. The site benefits from convenient access to the U6 metro line and the A9 motorway.

The Role
We are eager to appoint a Teaching & Learning Assistant to support our flourishing Primary Department.
Candidates must be fluent in English and have a good understanding of the English National Curriculum. A keen interest in enhancing the vibrant extra-curricular life of the department would be a plus.
Given the school’s evolving nature, adaptability and a collaborative spirit are essential. A strong commitment to contributing to the pastoral and extra-curricular aspects of the school is also advantageous.
The Primary Teaching & Learning Assistant will engage throughout the entire primary department, playing a vital role in tracking student development. They will closely monitor pupils’ progress and maintain ongoing communication with parents.
